This page sets out the Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy that govern your access to and use of Perpetly (the “Service”), operated by AdWorld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. Part A — Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Perpetly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy below. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AdWorld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old (the age of digital consent in Slovenia) to use the Service. By using Perpetly you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, for consumers, statutory rights).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdWorld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Kranj, Slovenia will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections and competent courts of your country of residence.
