Part A — Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Perpetly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy below. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and AdWorld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (the age of digital consent in Slovenia) to use the Service. By using Perpetly you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Accounts & Registration
To use most features you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access;
- Notify us promptly at admin@perpetly.com of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account;
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, or to suspend or terminate accounts, at our discretion where these Terms are breached.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Certain features of Perpetly are offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Fees. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase in [CURRENCY — e.g. EUR] and may be exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), which will be added where required.
- Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period ([monthly / annual]) unless cancelled before renewal.
- Payment processing. Payments are handled by our third-party processor, [Stripe / payment provider]. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

- Price changes. We may change subscription prices on reasonable advance notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
5. Free Trials & Credits
We may offer free trials or promotional credits. Unless stated otherwise, trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trials and credits at any time, and to limit eligibility (for example, one trial per customer).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to permit others to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (including via automated scraping, denial-of-service, or excessive load);
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
- Upload or transmit malware, or any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of any data, files, or content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service, and as described in the Privacy Policy below.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it and grant the licence above.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the “Perpetly” name and marks, is owned by AdWorld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example [list integrations — e.g. payment, analytics, email]). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Integrations are provided “as is”.
10. Availability & Changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you have paid for, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply. We handle your data after termination as described in the Privacy Policy below.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including, for consumers, statutory rights).
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdWorld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
To the extent liability cannot be wholly excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of [amount — e.g. EUR 100] or the total fees you paid to us in the [12] months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdWorld Internet Marketing Klemen Kveder s.p. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited by applicable law.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Kranj, Slovenia will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory protections and competent courts of your country of residence.
Part B — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use Perpetly. We handle your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Slovenian data protection law.

17. Data We Collect

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (such as health, biometric, or political data). Please do not submit such data through the Service unless a feature explicitly supports it.

- Process payments and manage subscriptions;
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support;

- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.
20. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. These fall into:

22. International Transfers

26. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
27. Changes to These Terms & Policy
We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
